Our lead article this week addresses a workplace phenomena that has garnered a lot of attention lately: workplace bullying. While workplace bullying no doubt exists in a variety of forms, one can't help but wonder if it is a misnomer and is really as prevalent as the multitude of surveys, articles, and blogs make it out to be.

| Workplace Bullying - A Label of Convenience? |
 Over the past several months, I have been reading article after article about a highly emotional and ugly workplace phenomenon commonly referred to as workplace bullying.
While I am certain that bullies in the workplace do exist, I am concerned that this label is being used too freely and without regard to the real problem at hand. Quite frankly, I have a hard time believing that workplace bullying exists at the level that the many blogs and articles I have been reading suggest.
