I had a very interesting experience the other week during a break at a conference I was attending.  I was speaking with a group of representatives from several of the area's local banks about the challenges they were facing in hiring top notch employees. 
 
One of the representatives lamented, "Even though we are using 'XYZ Staffing' (a well-known national recruiter), we are still having a hard time getting quality teller applicants."
 
I noticed a curious look come across several of the other bank representatives and they revealed that they too were using 'XYZ Staffing' to help find teller applicants.  The same recruiting agency, recruiting the same position, for several competing banks.  Talk about an ethical oversight! 
 
One of the representatives turned to me and asked bluntly, "Can they do that?"  Read on...
 
 
Consistency is Key to a WOW! Customer Experience
woman helping customerOne of the worst things a customer can think about your organization's level of service is that it is "hit or miss".
 
When a customer feels this way, they  really don't know what to expect, cross their fingers, and hope for the best.
 
This can be devastating to an organization's customer base.  Sooner or later a customer's patience will wear thin and he or she will simply go to a competitor to receive better service.
 
The key here is consistency.  Consistency in service lets the customer know that within your organization a high value is placed on the customer and the service given to the customer.
